The Genesis™ Quad functionally trains the anterior leg muscles to work together to create stability and mobility at the hip and knee. Live-sliding pulleys follow the path of movement—offering progressive resistance and optimum muscle activation during the complete motions. Plus, the Quad machine engages muscles to improve core strength and balance.
